Louise Ashcroft has over 35 years experience as a sport physiotherapist, helping people who want to stay active throughout their lives.

Louise has worked with grassroots, provincial, national and international athletes, has multi-sport games experience as a member of Team Canada’s core medical team to international Games, and loves para-sport. She is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative therapy, has a Diploma in Sport Physiotherapy, and is certified in Gunn IMS dry needling. She has an incurable curiosity for solving movement-based clinical problems, a lens with a comprehensive view, and loves to empower her patients.

Dr. Taeganne Galger was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, where her lifelong passion for sports and movement began. She earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology in Human Kinetics from the University of Regina, where she also played on the Women’s Soccer Team. Her experiences as an athlete sparked a deep interest in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and optimizing performance. This led her to pursue her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto.

Taeganne’s treatment philosophy centers around education, movement-based interventions, and patient-centered care. She uses a variety of techniques—including spinal manipulation, joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, cupping, and exercise rehabilitation—tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.

She loves working with people from all walks of life—from athletes and desk workers to gym enthusiasts and anyone simply looking to move better and feel their best. Taeganne is passionate about empowering her patients with the tools they need to achieve long-term results and improve their overall well-being.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, playing soccer, strength training, and spending time with her two dogs, Kona and Kai.

Dr. Nicole Mitchelson has been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine for over 15 years in Regina. Her strengths lie in her ability to connect and understand her clients needs and deliver personalized effective treatments.

Dr. Nicole treats a wide variety of concerns and is specialized in gynecology, pediatrics, facial acupuncture, sports injury, stress management, digestive complaints and general health and wellness. She graduated from the Calgary College of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbology license, tuina massage certification, and Registered Acupuncturist designation. Her internship was at the Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital in Beijing where she rotated between the gynecology, dermatology, internal medicine, and acupuncture wards. She is certified in Advanced Pediatric training, Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, specialized fertility treatment, Japanese style acupuncture, and Sports Medicine Acupuncture among many others.

Khiem was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. Attended the University of Saskatchewan where he graduated with a Bachelors of Physiology. He then went on to graduate school at the U of S to attain a Masters of Physical Therapy. Khiem has worked as a Physical Therapist now for over 10 years in various settings such as private practice, hospital and intensive care units, as well as with the RCMP Depot treating cadets during training. His therapy goals include empowering patients with general knowledge of injury and injury prevention to help individuals strive to self treat common injuries. Brooke is a Certified Athletic Therapist with a Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKin) - Human Kinetics (major) Degree and is also certified as a First Responder, which is used in sideline game and event coverage. She has sought out a number of opportunities and worked with various clinics and teams of all ages and levels since 2016, which has given her unique knowledge on injuries and rehabilitation techniques. She has worked with the Saskatchewan Roughriders, the Rink Winnipeg, AAA Eastman Selects, Cougars Men’s Hockey and Women’s Basketball teams, Rams Football, and the University of Manitoba Bisons soccer, swim, and track and field teams. She has also worked within the Eastman Therapy Clinic, High Performance Training Centre and Athletic Therapy Centre at the University of Manitoba and previously as an Athletic Therapy Admin Assistant at the Centre for Health, Wellness and Performance. She has always been drawn to being healthy and helping others through their health goals whether it be learning how to exercise, getting bigger, faster, stronger, or preventing and rehabbing an injury. Brooke believes that exercise is the most effective medicine for everyone and strives to help people overcome their physical hurdles; guiding them back to an independent quality of life in their daily activities.

Mia Wang, RMT

Mia Wang was born and raised in Calgary, AB and has a strong passion for supporting others in their journey to recovery. From a young age, she was driven by a desire of helping people improve their physical well-being, which ultimately led her to pursue a career dedicated to optimizing patient health and performance.

Mia earned a Massage Therapy Diploma from Lethbridge Polytechnic (formerly Lethbridge Community College) and graduated from a nationally accredited program. She is currently in her fourth year at the University of Regina, working toward a Bachelor of Kinesiology in Human Kinetics. Mia is eager to expand her knowledge and skills, with the goal of broadening her ability to help individuals from a more comprehensive perspective. She has been applying her knowledge working as a student trainer with the Women’s Soccer team and Track & Field/Cross Country team at the University of Regina.

Within her current scope of practice, Mia integrates a variety of techniques tailored to each patient’s needs and goals. This includes a brief assessment/intake, therapeutic massage, relaxation massage, and swedish massage techniques, which are designed to provide personalized care and results.
