Centre for Health, Wellness and Performance Located in the Centre for Kinesiology Health and Sport (CKHS) at the University of Regina in CKHS Room 225.. We are on Level 2a straight off of the elevator, or around the corner from the Fitness and Lifestyle Centre.
PARKING is available in the Kinesiology underground parkade for $3.25/hour.

The public parking area of Lot 6 (in front of CKHS) or lot 10 (the side entrance or pool entrance to CKHS). Public parking in outdoor lots is $2/hour and there are pay stations just inside the door. To use the pay stations, input your license plate number, tell it how long you'd like to stay and pay via credit card.
